Shipping Policy

⏳ Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for most orders to be processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom TV Trays with Food-Safe Epoxy require additional processing time of 5–7 business days, as the epoxy must fully cure for 72 hours before the trays can be safely packaged and shipped.


📦 Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.


🚚 Delivery Time

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.


💳 Payments via PayPal e-Check

If you paid using an e-check through PayPal, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared.


📧 Haven’t Received a Tracking Number?

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. Still missing? Contact us at info@jayjazjaykraftykreationz.com.


🚨 Delivery Issues

Once a package has been marked as “shipped” and a tracking number issued, it is in the possession of the carrier. At that point, any concerns with transit delays, lost packages, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS).

If tracking shows your package as “DELIVERED” but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked delivered.

For claims such as damage, theft, or misdelivery, please file directly with USPS or UPS, depending on which service handled your shipment.
