All of our products are uniquely handcrafted and made just for you. Because of the handmade process, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur—this is part of the charm and uniqueness of custom creations. These differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

🚫 No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Items

Since each custom order is created to your exact specifications, all sales on custom items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.

That said, your happiness matters to us! 💖 If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

📦 Damages, Defects & Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours so we can quickly resolve the issue.

⚠️ If your order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

💯 Our Satisfaction Promise

We take pride in handcrafting every product right here in Tampa, FL, and our goal is for you to love your purchase. For non-custom, unworn, and unused items, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns.
